Please be advised that if a package is scheduled for delivery, and UPS is late delivering the item, this is no fault of HondaPartWorld.com and HondaPartWorld.com is not obligated to refund any shipping amount. * *

 

 

Shipping Policies


You will receive an email from both HondaPartWorld.com and UPS.com containing tracking and shipping information.

 

If you do not receive an email please check your spam or junk mail folder. Most email providers automatically filter out the UPS website as spam please add them to your contact list as Quantumview@ups.com.  Also add Support@HondaPartWorld.com as our email address sometimes is deemed spam.

 

Inspect your order upon arrival. All item(s) are in brand new and perfect condition when shipped.  If any item(s) arrives in imperfect condition or missing parts, please notify us within 24 hours by email.  Returns will not be processed on item(s) that show any signs of any installation attempts, wear, or shipping damage.

 

Orders are shipped from Washington state (zip code 98312) via UPS Ground. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.  Shipping Charges are calculated using the listed weights and sizes and the destination zip code.

 

* * Please understand we are located in the State of Washington, so if you are for example in Florida and place an order on a Saturday and your item(s) is/are in stock, UPS will pick it up from Honda Part World on monday and it will take 6-7 business days to reach you. UPS doesn't start counting days until the following business day. Tuesday is the first day and they do not count weekends. * *

 

Shipping weights can include factors such as size of the item and estimated packaging weights. UPS charges based on package dimensions as well as weight.

Shipping and Handling Charges start at: $16.00 and increase upon the weight and size of an item. Due to variances in packaging size and weight, the weight and number of packages listed on your invoice may vary from what is shown on the UPS tracking information.  

 

UPS does not begin counting transit times until the day after an order ships. The day after pick up is counted as “day one”.  Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays. Although we try to process most orders within 48 hours, the selected shipping method time frame only applies once the order has shipped. 

 

UPS makes 3 delivery attempts.  If you are not available for delivery and do not make other arrangements they will return it to us. At that time we will refund for the price of the item(s) minus the shipping charge originaly paid plus the new shipping charge ups charged us to return your item.  If you still want the item(s) you will need to place a new order and pay the shipping charge again for the order.

 

If you package is returned to us after UPS tried to make 3 delivery attempts, you will be refunded for the item itself and not for the original shipping charges. UPS will not refund us for this charge which unfortunately means we will not be able to refund them to you.

If you reject a delivery from UPS and the item(s) is/are returned to Honda Part World they will charge Honda Part World for the returned item(s) this charge will be deducted from your return credit.

Honda Part World cannot mark shipments as "No Signature Required" with UPS.  For liability reasons shipments may require a signature for delivery. Honda Part World cannot give UPS specific delivery instructions, such as time to deliver or where to place the package. 

 

Honda Part World cannot ship to hotel addresses. The address must be a permanent address where you will be available to receive the shipment.   The shipment must go to an address where you will be available to sign for it.

 

UPS will only accept shipments to a valid street address. Honda Part World does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Additionally, Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses are not accepted.

 

Note: Honda Part World does reserve the right to refuse to process an order for any reason.
